The best way to judge a storage facility is to visit the site and take the tour.

You can quickly get a sense of whether you want to do business with a storage company. Are they friendly? Are they customer oriented? Do they offer suggestions which will help you? Walk around see that the area is clean, safe, well maintained and that no hazardous substances are allowed. Ask any other customers you meet if they are happy with their storage experience. At Climate Control Indoor Storage we want you to check out our facility. We stress customer service and do our best to be flexible to meet your needs. We know that a happy customer sends us another one. Mark Miller is our full time building manager who keeps the facility clean & in good condition. He also assists customers with advice and acts as security during business hours.

During the winter we keep the entire building (even the indoor loading garage) heated. In the summer we dehumidify and air-condition to keep our customers and their stored property comfy.
