Are there deposits? Are they refundable or not? Are rents pro-rated? How? What things are included to add value & what is excluded that may cost you later on?

Restrictions usually include prohibited items such as aerosols, animal products, plants & food, illegal items, guns, jewelry and small high value items. Obviously, hazardous materials and flammables are prohibited too. Understand how terminations are handled, how much notice is required and are final rents pro-rated.

At Climate Control Indoor Storage, we do not require any deposit. We pro rate the first month and collect next full month at the beginning of your lease. After that, it is simply month to month with payment due on the 1st of each month. A 5% discount is offered if you pay 6 months in advance. A 10% discount is offered if you pay 12 months in advance. We accept personal checks and credit cards. If you are delinquent, personal checks will no longer be accepted. Possessions will be disposed of at auction according to Michigan law.
