Usually your homeowners or renters insurance will provide some coverage. We can put you in touch with a local insurance agent. As a rule of thumb, it should cost about $200 per year for $10,000 of coverage. Most policies do not cover water damage unless it resulted from a broken pipe or fire suppression. None covers mildew from failure to pack properly. It is wise to use our pallets to raise your things off the floor to promote air circulation. This is especially important with cardboard, fabric and wooden items. We have inventory forms for your use.

Climate Control has a few restrictions in place to protect both the storage company and the items being stored. Please read this section carefully before doing your own packing and loading so that you do not arrive at our facility and find out you are not allowed to store some of the items you have carefully packed.

We are lucky to have Kroger grocery next door. It is easy to get donuts, but it's also open 24 hours and has bright lights shining on our building and customer traffic all night long. It's great security.

At Climate Control Indoor Storage, we do not require any deposit. We pro rate the first month and collect next full month at the beginning of your lease. After that, it is simply month to month with payment due on the 1st of each month. A 5% discount is offered if you pay 6 months in advance. A 10% discount is offered if you pay 12 months in advance. We accept personal checks and credit cards. If you are delinquent all hell breaks loose; personal checks will no longer be accepted, late charges, possessions sold, etc...
