Safe & Convenient: These two words are important to our customers, which is why we make sure we have security running 24/7. You will be able to access your self storage unit through any exterior door or the indoor loading garage, with all entrances open and well-lit. After signing in, you can back right up to a convenient exterior door – simply ring the bell, and we will buzz you in!

Insurance

Usually your homeowners policy or renters insurance policy will provide some coverage for items that you have stored. Most policies do not cover water damage, unless it resulted from a broken pipe or fire suppression, and no policies cover mildew due to failure to properly pack and store your goods. We ask that you use our pallets to allow for air circulation, especially for cardboard, fabric, leather, and wooden items. We have inventory forms available for you to use, as well.

Restrictions

Climate Control Indoor Storage does have a few restrictions in place to both protect our storage facility & your items being stored. Please read this section carefully before doing your own packing and loading, so that you don’t arrive at our facility and find out later that you are not allowed to store some of the items you have so carefully packed.

Prohibited items include:

• Hazardous Materials / Combustible Materials
• Flammable, corrosive, or explosive items, including:
  • Gasoline
  • Ammunition / Loaded Weapons
  • Fireworks
  • Batteries
  • Propane Tanks
• Perishables (such as food)
• Plants

Rental Agreement

At Climate Control Indoor Storage,  we do not require any deposit for you to get started with your safe and secure self storage unit. We pro-rate your first month, and collect the next full month at the beginning of your lease. From there, it is a simple month-to-month agreement, with payment due the first day of each month. We do offer a long-term discount, and accept all standard forms of payment – including personal checks, major credit cards, cash, and EFT.
