At Climate Control Indoor Storage,  we do things a little differently. We are open 62 hours a week, with helpful, friendly staff on duty during those hours. You are safe, and the building is active. When we close, we are locked down and no one is admitted. Access to the units at Climate Control Indoor Storage is from within the building itself. We ask all customers entering the building to sign in at the front desk, so that we can monitor who is in the building at all times.

After signing in, you can access your unit through any exterior door – or the interior loading garage – all of which have security cameras for active surveillance. All entrances are in open, well-lit areas.

Inside, we have 3’x5′ four-wheel hand carts available for you to move items to and from your storage unit. A hydraulic pallet mover is available for large truck deliveries to the interior loading dock, and all units are on the ground floor.

Our customer service representatives will help you judge how large a space you need. We can accommodate your needs by agreeing to switch you to a larger or smaller unit, should your storage needs change.

If your belongings are being moved by a moving company, they will be able to tell you the cubic volume of your load.

Generally speaking (although situations vary), you typically will need about 60 square feet of storage for each room in your dwelling. This estimate does not include space for aisles, and assumes that you will stack your things 8′ high.  Boxes may collapse if stacked too high.

When you choose Climate Control Indoor Storage for your self storage needs, your contract will be straightforward and easy to understand. We do not require a deposit, and we pro-rate your first month. The next full month will be collected at the beginning of your lease, and from there, your contract is month-to-month, with payment due on the first day of each month. That’s it! We don’t require any long term contracts (although we do offer long term discounts!), and we are able to accept payment via personal check, major credit card, cash, or EFT.
